2) What are the available shipping method?
We offer a choice of SingPost OR Doorstep delivery by Urban Fox Lite for all local deliveries in Singapore. Please choose depending on your preference and lead-time of delivery.
For international deliveries, you could choose your preferred courier from shipping option list. Pls note that we are unable to accept orders for P.O. Box addresses. We are NOT responsible for shipping information submitted incorrectly during purchase.
3) How much does shipping cost?
Our shipping cost is varied depending on shipping method and gross weight of products.
Local delivery for Singapore
For orders above S$50, your delivery charge will be waived and we will deliver via Courier service doorstep delivery.
You may choose your preferred courier service based on available options. Pls note that customs fees/Import duties are not inclusive and need to be paid by customer.
4) How long does it take to receive my order?
It should take 3 to 8 working days for local deliveries by SingPost Normal Mail. And Urban Fox Lite delivery normally takes 2-3 working days. Pls note lead-time of each courier service and select the option.
Shipping time for international delivery would depend on your country and its proximity to Singapore, where we are based. As an estimate, for example DHL eCommerce would take about 7 to 20 business days while DHL Express would take about 5 to 7 days. Do note that we are not liable for any delay in shipment, lost mails, or detainment at the customs.
5) When do you deliver?
All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days after payment is received. We operate daily from Monday to Friday, except for public holidays.
6) Can I track my order?
Tracking is available if you opt for Urban Fox Lite delivery or international DHL eCommerce/Express, you can easily check the status of your parcel at the respective courier websites with tracking numbers. Please note that singpost local postage mail is not able to track your order. And we are not responsible for missing parcel with singpost local postage.
7) Can you arrange re-delivery?
All deliveries will be attempted once. Subsequent delivery attempts will be subjected to additional charges borne by the customer.
1) Can I return the order and get refunds?
We do not provide refunds or cash backs. Returns and exchanges are also not applicable other than manufacturer’s defect. Shipping cost is non-refundable and all costs for return shipment will be borne by customers.
2) I received the item with defects. What should I do?
Please inspect your purchase once you have received. Damages or defects with clear pictures must be send to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of package arrival. No claim can be made after 24 hours of receipt without notifying Justrend. Once Justrend acknowledges the defects, merchandise must be returned within 4 days (for local purchasers and 10 days for overseas purchasers) from the date of lodge. Merchandise returned after 4 days will not be entertained. Shipping cost is non-refundable and the purchaser is responsible for postage costs for any returned items.
Refund will not be allowed if the item has been damaged or made defective by purchasers or is the item has been damaged in the process of transit.
3) Can I cancel my order after I made payment?
No cancellation is allowed once payment is made. Please ensure that you're confirmed about your items before checkout.
